This guide covers everything you need to set up Ayra AI for your agency or business, from creating your account to configuring advanced settings.

Creating Your Account
Sign Up
Visit https://app.ayra.ai/signup
Account Type:
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Email Verification
Check your inbox for verification email from Ayra AI and click the verification link.
Initial Login
After verification, log in with your email and password.
Workspace Configuration
Workspace Settings
After first login, configure your workspace:
Team Members
Add team members who will use the platform:

Phone Number Setup
You need a phone number for your voice agents to answer.
Option 1: Get New Number from Ayra
Recommended- 1Navigate to Settings → Phone Numbers → Get New Number
- 2Select country and area code
- 3Choose from available numbers
- 4Click "Get This Number"
Pricing:
Option 2: Port Existing Number
- 1Navigate to Settings → Phone Numbers → Port Number
- 2Enter current phone number and provider details
- 3Provide account number and PIN
- 4Start porting process (takes 2-5 business days)
Your existing number continues to work until porting is complete.
Option 3: Use Your Own SIP Trunk
For advanced users with existing telecom infrastructure.
Integration Setup
Voice AI Platform
Vapi Integration
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Voice AI → Vapi
- Enter your Vapi API key (from vapi.ai dashboard)
- Click "Test Connection" then "Save"
Retell Integration
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Voice AI → Retell
- Enter API Key and Account ID
- Click "Test Connection" then "Save"
Start with Vapi (easier, more languages). Add Retell later if you need lower latency or custom voices.
Calendar Integration
Google Calendar
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Calendar → Google Calendar
- Click "Connect Google Calendar"
- Authorize in Google (view/edit events, create events)
- Select primary calendar and save
Outlook Calendar
- Similar process using Microsoft authentication
CRM Integration
HubSpot
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → CRM → HubSpot
- Click "Connect to HubSpot"
- Authorize access (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets)
Salesforce
- Similar OAuth process

Use your own domain (e.g., app.yourcompany.com).

- 2Enter your custom domain
- 3Add CNAME record to your DNS (Type: CNAME, Name: app, Value: custom.ayra.ai)
- 4Click "Verify DNS" then "Save Domain"
- 5Wait for SSL certificate provisioning (5-10 minutes)

Troubleshooting Setup Issues
Can't Log In
- Check password (case-sensitive)
- Verify email is correct
- Try password reset
- Clear browser cache
- Try different browser
Phone Number Not Working
- Verify number is activated
- Check number settings
- Try calling from different phone
- Contact support if persists
Integration Failing
- Re-authenticate (disconnect and reconnect)
- Check API credentials
- Verify permissions granted
- Test API key independently
- Check service status page
Custom Domain Not Working
- Verify DNS records (use DNS checker tool)
- Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)
- Check for typos in CNAME
- Ensure no conflicting records
- Contact support if still failing
Payment Issues
- Verify card is valid and not expired
- Check billing address matches card
- Try different payment method
